United Europe: 15 years of success and development
In 1994, UNITED EUROPE-HOLDING Co. entered the perfumery and cosmetics market as a distributor of Max Factor cosmetics brand. Within 6 years, the company became a major player in the market, built a wide branch network and entered into distribution agreements with a number of top-level international cosmetics brands.
Since 2000, UNITED EUROPE-HOLDING Co. has endeavoured to expand its brand portfolio in selective perfumery and skin care products. It has entered into distribution agreements with major European manufacturers. In our day, the Group’s distribution unit is considered the Russian market leader; through its 16-branch network it promotes over 50 prominent brands in Russia.
In 2000, the Group launched an in-house mass-segment decorative cosmetics brand, DIVAGE.
In 2001, the Group undertook a new retail-segment project: a chain of selective perfumery and cosmetics stores under the brand ILE DE BEAUTE.
In 2001, in-house manufacturing of decorative cosmetics was launched: Gamma Cosmetics LLC started operating as a contract manufacturer of cosmetic products for our in-house brand and for those of our partner companies.
In 2001, we started constructing a logistics centre in the south end of Moscow. Today, this is the base from which Eurologistics LLC extends a unique range of services to companies involved in perfumery and cosmetics market.
